Applications
Our rectifier systems are used in the heavy industry, especially in the processes that require high DC (direct current).
Production of chemicals for the production through electrolysis of chemicals used to obtain solvents, PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) and disinfectants for the medical industry.
For example, chlorine, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite and their derivatives.
Extraction of aluminium from its oxide (alumina) through electrolysis. The process takes place within the Potline (a row of electrolytic cells) made by the combination of several electrolytic cells.
Metal refining to extract, purify and refine metals such as copper, zinc, cobalt, nickel and other non-ferrous metals within electrolytic cells (called electrowinning and electrorefining processes).
Heat treatments For the graphitization process into furnaces or in arc furnaces, where the heating is produced by circulation of direct current through the load.
