Quantron Italy is the new italian subsidiary of Quantron

FRIEM is pleased to announce the start of the partnership with Quantron AG, through the sale of the subsidiary Eyes, which will become Quantron Italy.

FRIEM, a world leader in the production of electrical converters for special applications and with a central position in the green hydrogen production chain, has signed a partnership with the German QUANTRON AG, specialist in sustainable transport solutions for people and goods.

The partnership enables FRIEM to consolidate its investments in electric mobility by initially preventing the sale by FRIEM of its subsidiary Eyes. “This joint operation is consistent with our industrial plan and confirms FRIEM’s support and commitment to the energy transition”, affirms Lorenzo Carnelli, CEO of FRIEM.

The strategic and growth goals of FRIEM will focus on the green hydrogen sector as well as on the industrial and service sectors. The partnership with the German company will enable FRIEM to extend its interest also to the infrastructure part of electric and hydrogen mobility.
