Principles of theorganization
Following Angelo Pagliai's (the founder) principles,
the Pagliai-Carnelli family leads FRIEM group with integrity, ethics and transparency. Orietta Pagliai, Angelo’s daughter, is FRIEM’s president.
Lorenzo and Fabrizio Carnelli, Angelo’s grandsons,
lead the company today, by working towards evolution through continuous commitment. With this goal, both of them have doubled responsibility of shareholders and managers.
The seniority of the ‘independent’ board of directors
and the young age of management reflect the identity of this company, where experience and innovation work together to create value.
Bodies and Models
In agreement with its values and with the self-control principle, FRIEM SpA, in the Board of Directors on March 26, 2021, approved the adoption of the Organizational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Code of Ethics and the composition of the Supervisory Body.
