Segrate, September 5, 2025<\/span><\/b> \u2013 <\/span>FRIEM S.p.A.<\/span><\/b>, a global leader in power conversion technologies, has acquired a majority stake in <\/span>Poseico S.p.A.<\/b><\/a><\/span>,<\/span> a long-established Italian company specialized in the design and manufacturing of <\/span>power semiconductors<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The transaction marks a strategic milestone in FRIEM Group\u2019s growth and technological diversification journey. It strengthens FRIEM\u2019s leadership in high current converters\u2014particularly for industrial and hydrogen applications\u2014and opens up new opportunities for development in sectors such as electric mobility, traction, research and nuclear, data centers, and critical power infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the technological and manufacturing synergies between the two companies, the FRIEM Group will be able to further differentiate itself through enhanced reliability, product quality, and service excellence, leveraging a vertically integrated and innovation-driven value chain. This distinctive positioning enables the Group to meet the growing demand for efficiency and operational continuity in the sectors it serves, especially within the context of the energy transition.<\/p>\n
